Hi, it has been sometime since I created a form so I am sure there may be some issue on my part, since the one I created did not send me any email...

The form is setup for submission by a tenant once they complete the form and sign --upon submission by tenant the form is then sent to the landlord for signature. I would like a notification once the form is submitted but I also need to use the "edit submission" option for my signature, then have the form sent to both parties once submitted by the owner/landlord thereby showing both signatures on the form.

I thought I set this up as stated but since no emails were received, I am sure I did not do something correctly. Thanks for your assistance.

On your form, I can see that you have created a condition to send both the autoresponder and notification email only if owner's signature is filled.

If I understand it correctly, you would like to receive an email once tenant submits the form and after you signed it. Meanwhile, the tenant will only receive an email after you signed the form.

If my understanding is correct, please change your condition to remove the notification email. This way, the notification email will be sent always, and the autoresponder email will only be sent once the owner signature is filled.
