I created a form earlier this week, but wasn't logged in. I pasted in the URL to my group's website. It wasn't working the right way, and so I replaced the URL link with the source code. I was still having trouble and went back to JotForm to try to use a direct link from your site, rather than my website's form feature. Well, I logged in this time...now i cannot get back to the form I created when I was not logged in. I no longer know the URL -- but I have the source code.
What should I do to get that form saved under my log in account?

Near the bottom of the source code look for the line that states (in part) "getElementById". Two instances of the form's ID (separated by a hyphen) should be near the end of that line. Copy the ID, login to your account and have a look at this article in our user guide on cloning a form from a web page. When you get to step 4, type the following address into the text box: www.jotform.com/form/ and paste the ID you copied immediately after the last slash and then click "Continue".
This will give you a clone of your original form. Just remove the words "Clone of" from its title.
Hopefully this helps.
