My account has suspended. Could you please help?

My account is blocked. Could you pls help reactive as soon as possible?

To which account is your issue related to? I checked your IP address and I found 3 accounts. 

The email address you used to report your issue is connected to the account wingtungnicole. This account is deleted. 

I also found an account modernterminals which is active. 

There is also an account nicolecheung. This account was autosuspended by our system because you did not verify your account email address. I activated this account and re-sent the verification email. Please verify the account email address. 

We can delete your other account, but you will need to make the request from that account. 

You can also delete the account from your end.
