I've used CCS to configure the layout of the form. My issue is the data on submission remains in compressed column form, and I'd like the submission to reflect the form layout. (Multiple lines, easy to read and follow rather than tight columns.

To clarify, do you want to change how you view the submission data in your email content or in your submission page?

You may be able to edit how you view the submission data in your PDF document or when you download the submission as PDF.
