We are being given a CAPTCHA for every form submission. How do I stop this?

    Sorry about that. Could you let us know if that is occurring only with the current location? Are you able to submit the form normally from a different location or mobile data? Also, let us know how many submissions are being sent in a minute.

    It is happening from our location as well as mobile. Submissions are every few minutes.

    This problem is creating a bunch of trouble on our side. Is there a better follow up method that I can use? Phone? Email? Chat?

    It is happening from our location as well as mobile.

    Please let us know if the issue is happening on all forms in your account and if we can send a test submission to a form from our end.

    Submissions are every few minutes. 

    Generally, when there are more than 60 submissions in a minute from the same IP address, there shall be a restriction from our end suspecting spam. Please let us know if there are more than 60 submissions in a minute from your location and if so, let us know the purpose so that we can forward it to our backend team for whitelisting.

    I was asking for phone support because I had not heard back in almost 6 hours.

    The reCAPTCHA challenge we are receiving is on multiple forms. Submissions are not exceeding 60 per minute but I assure you every submission is receiving a reCAPTCHA challenge. I need this to be stopped immediately as this greatly slows down our production reporting. 

    Furthermore, I find it unreasonable that this change was made without any notice.
