Yes I am wondering how many forms I use in a month?

I did check your account and found that you have active bronze monthly plan. Please note that in bronze plan you can receive up to 1000 submissions including 100 payment submissions. You can also build a maximum of 25 forms in your account. 

You can also check your account limits and usage from your account usage page as well. Please check the screenshot below:
