My customer keeps getting kicked out of payment when she goes to enter her Credit Card information.

    Could you please provide us with a link to the page where the customer is trying to submit the form? Also, please let us know if they are receiving any specific errors.

    This is the same message that appears for my customers when trying to pay credit card.
    They have clicked on everything and they have clicked the “robot” check box.
    Never had a problem before. Now we have had 2 in 2 days.
    This is a big problem for me. I rely on this method to prepay for soccer courses.
    Please solve immediately! Thank you

    Our developers have applied an update. Could you please let us know if the issue is fixed?

    Also, you may consider removing the Captcha field from your form. Since you have a required payment field, this is not likely that spammers can abuse your form.
