Images not displaying in IE8Asked by arch1011 on April 18, 2013 at 04:47 PM
As instructed last month, I re-embeded my forms using iframes and most of the display issues were resolved. This one form however continues to have the issue with the images not loading....help.
Some of your images file extension is .tiff. Some browser's doesn't support this that's why it can't display the image. I'd suggest to convert your image file extension first to .png, you can use any image editing tool to do that like photoshop. After that, uploaded these images back to your form and delete the existing one.
Feel free to let us know if you have need a more detailed instruction so we can assist you further. Thank you!
