Thank you for contacting us. Your form appears to load without issues:

Is that issue happening when submitting your form? Can we try doing a real submission on your form? If the form is embedded, could you please share the URL of the web page where it is embedded?

I’m getting it on submission. It has to do with the payment on Authorize.net. Once I removed that the form started working again. Is there a known issue with Authorize.net?
    Thanks,
    Josh

There was a rate limit problem in our system yesterday, but it should be now resolved and you can add Authorize.net integration back to your form. The issue only took place for multiple submissions from the same IP address.

Please let us know if you need any other help.

With the Authorize.net plugin on my form the save option doesn't seem to work.  I'll fill out most of the form, then click save.  I don't receive the email link, and when I click the "Get sharable link" and visit the page none of my information is on the form.

    Any ideas?

The submission doesn't seem to be working either.

    Hello @joshknapp,

That error happens when you entered an incorrect/invalid Authorize.net credentials into the integration.

However, I can see that you were able to add the correct values.

I just made a test submission to your form and it seems that the integration is now working as intended. Though I received a Declined payment error as I was using a test credit card:

Please try using a lower amount in the payment field and make a test submission using real cards.

Let us know if the issue still persists after doing so, so we could check further.
