Form now requesting a recaptcha all of a sudden

    Starting this morning, our form started requesting ReCaptchas around 10am. We have not made any changes to this form (https://form.jotform.com/80535220478152) in some time. 

    We do have over 41,000 submissions to this form and there is a Google Sheets integration. Not sure if these would affect the issue above?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. 

    We are aware of this issue and had already escalated to our back end team. Once there is an update we'll revert via this thread.
