Form is being automatically disabled

    Dear support,


    my form is getting disabled automatically and my customers are complaining. What is happening?

    Please help me.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The problem was related to the Submission Limit on your form. It was set to '2'. Now I have removed that limit and reactivated your form.
