    You can update it via billing page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.

    given my use i do not see any advantage to going up to the next level unless there is something i am missing

    Basically our higher plans offer increased limits like monthly submissions, upload space, active forms, monthly form views, HIPAA compliance option with Silver and Gold plans. Other than that, our plans are not limited in terms of features.

    Was my jotform service ever shut down recently for a period of time? someone said they had sent the info and i never got it? just checking

    No, we do not see any downtime associated with your account. If that was a missing email, please check the form submission data.
