Square Payment integration error message flashes on the screen but does not stay.

    If a purchaser enters the security code incorrectly and then presses the submit button on my form an error message flashes on the screen for a second but does not stay long enough for the purchaser to read the message .  

    I have set up a clone of the live form and placed the payment integration into sandbox mode so that you can test it to see the problem.

    Are you referring to the error above or below like in my sample screenshot. Both error is visible when I submitted an incorrect Security Code.

    May I know what browser are you using? Kindly send us a screen recording so we can see how it looks from your end.

    The URL I gave you earlier was for a test version of the form which is hosted on the jotform site.  The test version on the jotform site does not flash the error message

    I was able to replicate it. The error that disappears quickly has something to do with your condition. I tried disabling all conditions and this behavior is not occurring. 

    I'll review your form condition and see what's causing this. I'll get back to you once I found the issue.

    Disabling Condition #28, 29, 32 resolves the issue. However, I haven't found the cause on why Conditions 28, 29, 32 causing the payment error to quickly hide. I noticed that all three conditions needs to be disabled so the behavior you are reporting doesn't occur. If one of them is enabled then the issue occurs.

    Still investigating on the cause.
