    I'm embedding the jot form into the campaign monitor system and it fails to be displayed in the email

    I'm embedding the jot form (as iFrame) into the campaign monitor system. It is displayed into the form displayed in the campaign monitor system, but once the email has been sent to my outlook client the form has disappeared. in my outlook the form is not displayed, same when viewing from the google mail.

    Any tip?

    Please try integrating the Campaign monitor and see if it works as currently, it is not integrated in your form. To access the integration, select Setup & Embed and click the integration icon.

    yet this won't work as your fix is related to the capture of contacts (filling in the form) to the campaign monitor database. It is not covering the successful integration of the form (generated by jotform) into an actual email body launched from campaign monitor. What would help is if there was an embedded code that can actually fit in campaign monitor email message.

    Sorry for the wrong answer provided jefrey even though you clearly stated you wanted to place jotform form into your email. 

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to place forms into emails. It does not work on most email clients. Email providers/softwares reject the javascript and form code. What you can do instead is to place the form URL within the email and the user can click on it to complete the survey.
