    If i delete a submission by accident can I retrieve it and if so how?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover deleted submission. They are permanently removed from our system when deleted. 

    I can only suggest you to try to find the Email Notification you received from that submission. You can also try to find the email log of that submission.
