My issue is that our client base is not very tech savy.
Currently we have forms they have to print then fill out and scan and email back.
I want this process to be as simple as possible.
Initially I thought to use Microsoft Forms. While the user interface is friendly, the final results get polled together and are not in a single PDF doc. Additionally the documents need to be secure. They have to be emailed and can not be on our website.
Best case scenario is:
1. client gets a link to fill out docs
2. fills them out and clicks a submit bottom
3. pdf report gets mailed to an email
Is there a way to do this without posting it on a public website?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To clarify, you want to include a copy of the PDF submission on the autoresponder for your clients to receive it? If so, on the Autoresponder email, you can attach a copy of the PDF submission so that the client will receive a copy of their submission.
