How can I get the form submissions number to be accurate?

In the "home" sceen each form has a little number that is supposed to represent the number of submissions. This helps to see at a quick glance how each of the forms is doing.

As of the last few months, this number has been consistantly wildly incorrect!

How can we fix this?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I can only assume that what you are showing us in your screenshot is the current submission count in your forms that you are seeing on your end.

We have a way of recalculating the submission count, that is, I'm afraid only available on our end. I have done it for your account, however, the submission count for the forms you encircled in your screenshot still has the same submission count after. This means that those are the only submissions currently stored under those forms.
