I cannot print the PDF

    Something changed uploading the PDF I cant even print it. Not sure why it has changed.

    Is this the PDF through our PDF Editor or PDF on email attachments or PDF on inbox or PDF on the Sheets/Submissions page? Please clarify. 

    Are you also referring to the https://www.jotform.com/42695560907161 (Health Questionnaire) form? 

    I tried the PDF through the PDF editor on the given form, and it worked for me without any problem. I also tried through the submissions page, and the PDF worked as well.

    Its the PDF on the submission page, I used to be able to hit PDF and it would download then I print the paperwork that way. Now it is not letting me do that keeps sending me to a different page to update.

    Thank you for clarifying that. I totally understand your concern. We have migrated links to the new PDF editor if users opted to use it. The download is then given on the PDF preview page.

    Here's an example:


    You can use the arrows at the top to navigation between submissions that you want to download. 

    You may also consider going to the Inbox to download, it is easier there.
