Is there a way to create a UTM in a Facebook LeadAd and have the contact info captured "privately" in JotForm?

I'm sorry, but we do not have an integration with Facebook Lead Ads. You may consider putting an Ad on Facebook with the Jotform URL on the Ad content. That way, users have to click the link to submit. You can also embed the form on your website and redirect users on that page through the Ad.

I have found when I drive traffic through Facebook to a JotForm with a Welcome page it freezes on iPhone and Fire Tablet.

When I drive traffic from a Facebook Ad to a JotForm WITHOUT a Welcome Page it comes up with blank questions.

Has anyone tested Facebook traffic to a JotForm?

    Does it work?

It appears to be a fail....

How can we access the welcome page? Would you mind sharing that one? We will check that for troubleshooting purposes. It should work. But I guess there is a problem with the page or the way how you embed the form if it's embedded.

This is how I would TEST it if I was a SAAS companyu.

I would make a Facebook Ad and TEST it on mobile phone(s).

    Yes I said phones.

iPhone, Android and tablets as well. This is what a SAAS company should be doing to enhance their software.

You cannot TEST a FACEBOOK AD in your own software.

So is you companyt capable of making an ad and testing it?

We can do that (ad), but it is always a different case if we do our own. That is why we will ask for any relevant information or the URL if there's one so that we can troubleshoot the problem directly on it. Next, we will proceed to create our own based on that URL and/or resource.

I asked for the Welcome page because I assumed that's your website. We need to inspect the website if it's built with CMS or standalone PHP/HTML Page and also check how you embed the form on that specific page. Please correct me if that "welcome page" is not a website. I may have misunderstood that part, and my apologies. I should have asked first.

I'm sorry, but when I say it is a different case if we do our own, I mean, we just cannot troubleshoot it without checking your form first and the website where you have it embedded. You've mentioned with and without a "Welcome page", and I assumed that is a webpage.  We have to consider how the page was built.

    I understand your question now.

I was using the jotform welcome page.

This is the link. HOWEVER when I used the welcome and used the jotform link I would get blank questions.

Here is the link with the welcome page
    https://form.jotform.com/193430782572159

This is the link WITHOUT the welcome page:
    https://form.jotform.com/93415379319162

This is the link I used with LeadPages whose button has a link to the JotForm WITHOUT the welcome page. (This works by the way. When I remove JotForm link from the FacebookAd and place a LeadPage in-between the JotForm tech it works)

    There is a button.

The button has a link that goes to JotForm.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the confusion.

To understand it better, those are the forms you want to embed on facebook for lead ads, correct?

As my colleague advise, we do not have a direct feature or integration with Facebook Lead Ads. However, it could be possible through Zapier: https://zapier.com.

Let us know if you need further assistance or if it didn't meet your requirements.

Never mind. I need to talk with someone that understands marketing.

Your product doesn't work when driving traffic from Facebook so I will most likely have to ask for a refund. (But not just yet, because I may be able to ninjafy some stuff)

    Apologies, for the inconvenience.

I have searched for a possible solution to your requirements. We have this new application or integration that can connect Facebook Lead Ads and JotForm the way you want: Integration of Facebook Lead Ads and JotForm

    I hope this helps.
