email notification Time Delay

I see there is an option to have a notification sent out on a specific day, but what time will the form be sent out on that day?  Is it possible to specify a specific time that day?  I'd like for it to go out about 2pm.

Also I'm assuming its ok to have two email notifications on the same form? that is a notification that is immediate and provides them with an acknowledgment, and the info they submitted in the form. then another message that goes out on a specific date with a link to an additional form to complete..

Lastly is there another option to sending a completion document as an attachment to an email.. say a link to click in the form once approval is complete?

    Hi,

In order to send your notifications on a spesific time, you should follow: Form Builder - Publish - Email - Schedule a Reminder Email steps.

You can have/send e-mail notifications as much as you want by cloning the Notification or Autoresponder boxes as shown in the image below. Similarly, you can add Notification of Autoresponder emails. In your case, you need to have multiple Autoresponder e-mails. Please follow Form Builder - Settings - Emails steps.

For attachments, you should click Advanced tab and enable PDF Attachment.

thank you. However when I send them a delayed email it won't be for the same form. It will be for a different form. I don't see how I can add a link to the new form in the reminder email body. It looks like it is for them to complete the same form they would have already completed.

No, you just need to add the email address in the Reminder Email.

I think what you can use the Send Emails Later feature. To do that, open your form and go to the email settings. After that, follow the screencast below:
