How to apply multiple tags on each option dynamically using conditional fields?

This does not give complete instruction - also, separating with comma does not allow multiple tags. Additionally, selecting multiple options only returns 1 tag. Please advise on how to apply multiple tags on each option dynamically using conditional fields.
