Upgrade to Bronze Monthly

    I want to pay monthly for bronze, but there is nowhere to do this. Can you please help me? I do NOT want to pay annually.

    Please click the Upgrade button next to BRONZE in your account's Billing page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing 

    You'll then be brought to this modal. Just select the MONTHLY option should you wish to upgrade to Bronze Monthly:

    I followed your link and tried to do what you said. Immediately I get the navy box shown below. I close it and then click My plan edit. I get the navy screen again. If I click the x to close that window, I get the second screen shot below. And for reference, the last time I clicked the bronze upgrade button on the navy screen it automatically does an annual subscription. There is NO WAY to get to a monthly. I have tried multiple options with no success. Can you do it from your side?
    Thanks for your help! This is now causing problems for me bc my forms are not functioning. I have had two clients who said the form they were trying to reply from does not let them submit. I need to get this fixed ASAP!

    Unfortunately, I wasn't able to view the screenshots you sent. Could you please re-send it to this thread: 2074986 following this guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum?

    Also, I think the problem is because you haven't updated the credit card information associated with the account yet:

    Upgrade to Bronze Monthly Image 10

    Please try changing/updating the payment method as shown above then proceed with the upgrade.

    Lastly, would you mind sharing a link to the form where your users are experiencing an error so we could check? Please share as well some details about the error.
