I can not open the link below from your contact form. So the photo can not be downloaded

You would need to set your account privacy to allow to view uploads when not log-in.
Go to your account settings>Privacy and uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files".
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
