Then I go to publish the form and select email there is nothing I can do from there. I have set up a sender email address and SMTP details but I still cannot email the form.

I can see the option to Send/Share form via email in the Publish > Email page of your form:
Please clear your browser cache and try again.

Thanks for the help. I cleared my cache on firefox however this did not resolve the issue. Google Chrome however seems to run the website perfectly fine. There may be a compatibility issue with Mozilla Firefox as I did clear my cache and I still had the same issue on that browser

Apologies for the inconveniences caused.
I have been testing the feature on Firefox too and was unable to replicate it, I'm using the latest version, here is a screenshot about it:
May you please kindly test your form using a different device or make sure the browser is updated?
