Hover Text in French not translating to English on language change

If you have copied the hover text into the field's properties and its translation to the Translation Settings of your form as a whole (copy/paste), I would suggest that you re-enter the translation and type it in manually both on the field's properties and on the Translation Settings of the form.

Perhaps there were extra, unnecessary formatted characters that were included when you pasted them, thus causing the translation to fail.
