JotForm Mobile forms: submission still on "not synced"status after being online

    Hi there, 

    I have an employee that has filled out a form on a tablet offline with no wifi or cell signal.  We have received the email notification that they have filled out the form and the information that will filled out, but the form has not been saved in drop box or synced to the submission section.

    We have followed the steps in the forum in the support section, after selecting sync now you can see that the time is updated, but the form is still stuck and tagged as not synced. 


    Different note, how do i transfer ownership of forms to another account.  Our office assistant will be taking over the forms, but the account is linked to my personal email.

    Could you try logging off from the app and re logging in and then check if the submission is getting synced? Let us know how it goes.

    Also, could you let us know the tablet model, Android version and app version?

    We have tried logging out and back in and does not work.
    It has happened when using a Samsung note 8, a Samsung tablet a10 (2019)
    and a Google phone (android)

    Unfortunately, I do not have a tablet to test. But could you let us know the JotForm app version on these tablets? Is it the latest version?

    Are you having this issue with only one user? Have you checked if this is occurring on an Android phone also?

    Meanwhile, let me check with any of my colleagues if we can test on an tab and we'll revert.

    Could you also let us know if by any chance the form was assigned to your employee which they then filled using the app on their mobile device?

    Is there a tech support number to call, would be easier to explain and walk
    through over phone.

    Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support.

    I checked our mail logs, however, I am not able to find any email notification with the related data. Could you please share a screenshot of the email notification?
