    Hello!

I have embedded a pdf form into my link but users are unable to fill in the information from the link.  I added the link and file.  When you go to the link, you cannot fill in the info, but when I log in to my account and go to view link, it allows me to add information.  Is there something I need to do to allow users to fill in the info? Does it have to do with the type of browser being used?

    Hi,

I believe there is confusion on how features work. I checked on your form and I noted that you have embedded a PDF document in the form using the PDF embedder widget.

When I test filling in the PDF document, I was able to fill in the document just fine.

But please take note that the filled-in data in the embedded PDF document is not part of the form fields.

You can think of the embedded PDF document as a separate external document (key was, it was not part of the form).

So bottom line, when you submit the form, those filled in data in the PDF document will not be included in the form submission data.

From what I see in your embedded PDF, you need to submit it separately if you need to capture data using that PDF document.

JotForm can also convert forms into PDF Form version using the PDF-Editor.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
