    i created a contact form like this (above). But when i paste the jotform code in the FMBL page, it looks different. May i know why?

    from here:

    http://www.blackdoginternet.com/shop/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=89%3Aadding-a-pop-up-contact-form-to-your-fbml-page&catid=39%3Afbml-mini-sites&Itemid=93

    I installed this code

    <fb:dialog id="my_dialog" cancel_button=1>
    <fb:dialog-title>Contact Us</fb:dialog-title>
    <fb:dialog-content>
    <-- PASTE ALL YOUR JOTFORM CODE HERE -->
    </fb:dialog-content>
    </fb:dialog>

    into the same FBML page, but there is nothing comes out.
    Please help.

    Hi LionelMellsey,

    Thank you for posting your concern here. Firstly, may we get the URL of your Facebook page so that we can perform further investigate?

    For formatting issues, I would almost always recommend using the Iframe embed code instead of the default Source Code so that the entire form code does not interact with the website's elements. You can find your form's Iframe embed code in your Embed Form Wizard:

    Please try to delete the existing form source code in your Facebook page and paste the iframe embed code instead. Let us know how it works out.

    We hope you find this information useful. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hello,

    I would like to verify if you used the facebook embed code under Other Platforms (the one with f icon) for your FBML page?

    Thanks.

    @liyam

    ya.i used the code under Other Platforms for Facebook.

    After i installed the code to FBML page, validation for NAme does not work.

    There is no problem in blogspot when i using iframe, including the themes for the contact form.

    @LionelMellsey

    The "Click To Edit" issue is a known bug. I have already submitted a report ticket for that bug in a separate thread yesterday. Our developers are working on it.

    Regarding your FBML problems:

    I think it is best to ditch FBML and use iframe applications instead. FBML uses a different proprietary scripting language derived from JavaScript, thus rendering the built-in JavaScript functions in your forms (validation, page breaks, among others) useless.

    Follow this step by step tutorial on how to create an iframe application in Facebook and adding them to your Facebook Fan Page.

    Add Form to Facebook using an iframe application

    Take a look at this Facebook page where I successfully embedded your form by following the tutorial above.

    Hope you find this helpful. Let us know if you need any clarifications regarding the guide.

    You're very much welcome. Glad that I was able to help you with your fan page forms.

    Anyway, regarding the "click to edit" issue, it appears that the bug report thread is now missing (probably deleted by the original poster) therefore our developers wasn't able to see it.

    Would you mind posting that issue of yours in a separate thread so I can submit a new ticket? I would appreciate it if you do, that bug needs fixing right away.

    Regards,
    Neil
