Questions about captcha.

    Hello,

    Two things....

    1. Why isn't JotForm's captcha meet accessibility standards?

    2. I stopped using Google's captcha because I was getting complaints from users that the Google captcha wasn't loading into the form they were using. So I removed Google's captcha from all of our forms and now use only JotForms.

    Thank you,

1). According to the update found on this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1851142, the form builder itself is WCAG compliant. Can you please try the suggestion by enabling the accessibility option.

2). Google ReCaptcha and Invisible ReCaptcha were disabled according to Widgets team, but they are working on a new version. In the meantime, you can use the basic captcha found in the element tab of the builder.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

    Hello,

Currently, JotCaptcha is basically an "image of text" validation. This is not a good practice in terms of accessibility. Thus we cannot say that you can use JotCaptcha in your accessible forms for now. Yet this does not mean that we'll not make it accessible ever.

We are continuously improving our form fields for various kinds of uses. We sure will announce once we release an accessible version of the JotCaptcha field.

Thanks for your interest in JotForm and accessibility.
