    Jotform started charging different amount on a Paypal form

    http://westbottomscarshow.com/west_bottoms_car_show-vehicle-registration.html

    This is the link to the page. Payments are set at $25.00 and $20.00 but when someone clicks to select an item, the price goes up from $25.00 to $35.00 and the second option goes from $20.00 to $45.00.

    Previous payments have all worked perfectly and now people are turning away from paying as the form is not working properly.

    Hi,

    That's because your form source code has different values which are incorrect.

    To fix it, find this on your form source code.

    JotForm.totalCounter({"input_83_100":{"price":"35"},"input_83_101":{"price":"45"}});

    Change 35 to 25 and 45 to 20. That should fixed it.

    Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

    Just do not know how it was changed. The form worked perfectly then somehow the code was changed and we do not know why. Ended up changing the code PLUS built a new form to replace the problem form.

    We changed the code so it is now working properly, but still have concerns on HOW it changed in the first place.
