    Confirm password or email

    Asked by getmenet on April 07, 2011 at 08:34 PM

    Is it possible to confirm email and/or password? If not can you apply a show/hide condition that shows an error message when the email or password are different?

    Hi,

    Currently, we do not have a confirm password/email feature built-in with the Form Builder yet. It is also not possible to achieve the same effect using conditions, unfortunately. However, as this question gets asked pretty often, I have submitted a ticket so our able developers can be notified of this feature request. You will be notified via this thread or via the Jotform twitter account when this feature is implemented. We cannot guarantee though that this request will be granted as we get a lot of requests every day.

    Hope this clears things out. Thank you for using Jotform.

    Regards,
    Neil

    We are not planning to implement such feature. Please do not ask password questions in your form or your account might be suspended with phishing suspicion.

    Thanks.

    @getmenet

    You'll be pleased to know that there's now an option available in the form builder to add a "Confirm Email" field. Please see emrew86's post here.
