Monday.com: Unable to integrate with the location field of the integration

    Looking at the screenshot you shared, it seems that you are mapping the LOCATION into a non-address field.

    Could you share a link to the form where this is being experienced so we could check?

    Hello info4070,

     

    There are certain changes in the API provided by MondayCom recently. Therefore, some data types (Phone and Location) are experiencing issues. Unsupported fields were quickly identified and contacted MondayCom. You will be informed as soon as it is resolved. We are already working on it.

    During this process, you can map the address information with a text field on Monday.

    Unfortunately, we have not received any update on the resolution as of now.  We would request you to map the text fields for now.

    Okay thank you.  Mapping them will reduce the number of fields required and allow me to plot them on the embedded mapping system.


    This will be an amazing visual tool for business analytics.

    Hello info5070,


    Relevant 'Phone' column issue fixed by MondayCom. You can now use the 'Phone' field with integration. However, issue in the 'Location' column still continues. We are working on it.


    In case you need to get address information, please map the relevant field with a 'Text' Column in MondayCom until the problem is solved.

    Are you referring to the Phone field or is there any other thing that you are referring to? May we know what issue are you experiencing so that we can communicate with our developer.

    Yes, apologies the phone field stopped working again last night.

    I have not carried out any tests yet but had to change the field back to text field as the integrations stopped.

    We have performed some tests for MondayCom integration. We did not originate any issue in the tests performed with MondayCom integration and the 'Phone' field. Integration looks working well.

     

    If you share the form id you're having trouble with, we can do a deeper investigation and help you more effectively. Would you like to share form id?
