    Forms pointed at custom.jotform2.com are not updating

    I am currently using Cname record for subdomain to "custom.jotform2.com". I have made changes to form, but do not see the changes. All changes ever made apperar instantly upon "save". Now not working. I edited embeded code using "form.jotform.us" and changes are visible. When I edit to Cname subdomain, do not see changes. Has your Cname record "custom.jotform2.com" changed? Cannot think of any other reason why form change is not working correctly using Cname. Assistance is appreciated.

    That might be due to replication delay between JotForm servers. I have now escalated the problem to our higher team so they can fixed this issue as soon as possible.

    Thank you for prompt response.

    I also tried a workaround. I cloned form, set Cname & new subdomain to point to url (form.jotformpro.com) that is in embedded form code, and now directs to new "cloned form". I believe the issue is with Jotform url's in code lines. Seems Cname "custom.jotform2.com" & "form.jotformpro.com" both work, but for different form code lines.

    Should there be more than one Cname url?

    To my knowledge, I believe the only assigned for Cname URL should have been custom.jotform2.com.

    The possible reason that custom domain forms were not working at this time was due to replication issues.

    To further investigate, have you tried creating custom  domain name for your other forms? Did it it have a similar result?

    This issue was already submitted to our administrators to be check. You will be notified via this thread once an update about this is available.
