    1. my first question is, when I publish a form, is it necessary that the respondents will need to sign in? Can't it be possible that they just proceed filling up the fields?

    2. Do I need to have a paying account to do that?

Your form respondents doesn't need to create an account in JotForm to fill the form.

They  can fill right away after receiving the form.

    2. Do I need to have a paying account to do that?

You don't need to have a paid account to create forms however, we implement limitations per account.

For the free plan, you may be able to create up to 5 forms only however, all feature on the paid plan are almost available to the free plan.
