File upload field does not seem to accept PSD or AI file types

Im a new customer, 1 day , just installed a portal to allow my customers to send art files to me but it doesnt seem to accept PSD or AI files.

Can this be corrected to allow?

You will need to add your required file types into the File upload file type section as shown below:

Only then PSD and AI files will be allowed to be uploaded.

Please try this and let us know how it goes.

Can you send a link to the correct page, I cant find my way around your website. NOT very clear.

I stumbled on the page in the email, added PSD and Ai and it still won’t let me upload those files.

Why not?

Just a tip , try navigation that a 50 year old person could use, you know make it obvious, if I have to spend 30 minutes on this forget it, your website isn’t smart enough for dumb people to use.

I have cloned your form and made a test submission using a PSD file and was able to submit it successfully.

PSD and AI files usually have large file size. By default, file uploads have a 1GB limit, unless you specify. You may check this guide regarding file size limit and make sure to upload files that does not exceed the file size.
