iPad app stuck on Startup?

    Hello there!

    Prepping a handful of iPads for our very first JotForm test run this weekend, but . . . . the app won't launch . . . 

    iPad iOS is fully up to date (13.3)

    JotForm app was JUST downloaded so I assume it is most recent. 

    I get the full screen orange splash screen with the JotForm logo and that's it . . . never moves on from that.


    Can you advise please?

    Do you have an active internet on your iPad? Could you please re-install the app and try to log in once again?
