Forms are not available

All my uploaded forms are gone and we have plenty space, could you please assist ? 

It seems that you are referring to the submissions received to your forms. As I check your account, it was downgraded to free on Dec 01, 2019 due to cancellation of a subscription. Since the free accounts are limited to store only the latest 500 submissions, the oldest submissions are deleted. As your account is currently holding Silver subscription, we were able to restore all the submissions in your account.
