Links to files on submission summary pdf don't work

Asked by ectatomma on April 20, 2013 at 07:01 PM

    Hello,

The links to submited files on the pdf generated as a submission summary are not working. Even after clearing chache, logging in and trying different browsers I keep receving the same error. I'm able to download the files from the confirnation email or directly from Jotform.

    Example of problematic submission IDs:

    229641256310538370,  232181969071887675

    The error is:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
          <Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code>

    <Message>Access Denied</Message>

    <RequestId>4CBB5A51072412C1</RequestId>

    <HostId>hRTV1QdHLFumULISoAGw8VU+W/zcM6mn98wbInYE28Z7o3/bzWRbB2vj6PYYm1G0</HostId>

    </Error>

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. Can you please share with us the PDF Files of those particular submissions so we can check and attached to our report, just in case we need to.

While we are waiting or while this is under investigations, you may consider having/downloading the attachments from your Form Submissions page.

    Thanks

    Hi Welvin,

Just sent the files via email to Jotform support mail (I would prefer not to make them public).

Please, let me know if the files were received.

    Thanks
