Unable to upgrade to Jotform Silver Plan

    We can't upgrade Silver Plan 2 Year. 

    Can you upgrade our account for us.

    Your are currently subscribed to the Bronze bi yearly plan which is due for renewal on Dec 22, 2019.

    What issue are you facing when you are upgrading from your Billing page?

    We can switch plans from our end, but I can see that you have revised the credit card on the account. Could you confirm if the new credit card has sufficient credit?

    Yes the new card has sufficient credit.
    Please upgrade our account for 2 year to silver.

    We have cancelled, and refunded your recent Bronze subscription renewal(INT191222-9690-91653B). Your account "xelf" is back to free plan.
