Form not forwarding

    My form is not forwarding.


    It's the one labeled Personal Information.  This has happened in the past.  It is important that I receive this form as it comes in. 

    This form needs to be forwarded to


    I have tried to delete and set up a new one but it still doesn't come across. 


    Please correct this and let me know when it is done.

    The email address you have provided was listed in our bounce listing with the following reason.

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000013e18d2b35c-4f7f064d-a890-40=> sender rejected. IB504'

    To prevent this from happening again, we recommend Whitelisting Jotmails Ip Address. A guided instruction can be found on this link on how to prevent email notification from bouncing.
