Deleted all submissions but still getting storage space error message

    Hello, I just deleted all of our submissions from our Jotform account so there would be storage space to receive new submissions and right now our inbox is at zero. However, now when customers try to make a submission through our website, it is saying there is not enough space. Do you know why this is happening?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have recalculated the Upload Storage Space of your account on my end and I believe that fixed the issue you are having. Otherwise, please feel free to let us know and give us the link to your website where your form is embedded so we can check it also.
