Hi,
I need to fill in a registration form for tomorrow and I cannot access my account anymore.
I did 2 reset password but didn't receive any email (already checked my spams)
Could you send me the reset password email and unlock my account.
It's quite urgent and important.
I don't want to loose all the answers I already provided.

Could you please provide the account username and the email address registered to the account so we can check it further?

Sorry, but I couldn't find any account with these info:
- The email c.mangiatordi@gmail.com belongs to a Guest account and that is why you did not receive a password reset.
- The username "Claudia" belongs to a dormant account since 2012 and there isn't an account with username "Claudia Mangiatordi".
I can see that you were filling out an application form "CE Incubator 2020" and you saved the submission. Now you want to continue filling and submit the form. Am I correct?
If yes, I can see from our email log, that an email was sent to your email address with a link to complete submission. You do not need to log into JotForm. You can access the link directly from your email.
