Hello,
I recently reset my password but I'm still not able to get into my account. Can you assist?

Hi,
Your account got suspended. Upon checking, one of your forms is collecting sensitive information and that is against our terms of use.
We need to delete the fields so we can activate your account back to good status.

Thank you for your explanation and clarification.
If you need to capture sensitive and confidential information using the form, you must make it compliant to the Terms of Use first.
Steps:
1. There must be proof of your official business seen on the form. You can do this by adding your official Terms & Agreement clause on the form.
Add the Terms widget on your form that will allow the form respondents to review your official company Terms.

2. Add an e-signature on the form that the respondents that can sign in after they have agreed to your Terms clause.

3. You must use your official company domain on the emails you used on the form. i.e. youremail@refreshyogacenter.com

You should be able to log in now. Please follow our recommendations so our reviewers can whitelist the form when they check your form again.
