    Hi,

    To better understand the issue, you are unable to view the widget on your form on a mobile device? If so, may I know the brand and model of your device and is your form embedded on a website? If your form is embedded on a website, kindly provide us the link where your form is located for us to further investigate the issue?

    I tried to view your form using an android phone and it seems that I was able to view the form and the widget perfectly.

    I tested it from my end, Unfortunately, I am not able to replicate the issue in my Chrome desktop browser:

    Could you please share with us the screenshot of the Browser Console to check if there are errors there that are causing the issue.

    I have updated the widgets in both the Form. Could you please refresh the browser cache and see if the issue persists. Also, try in the incognito mode of the browser or any other browser.
