Hi, My organization (Bhumi) has a paid account. And My boss has given full access to my email to access that account.
I am able to access all the forms and edit them. But I am not able to add collaborators to any form.
Please help

It looks like your account is only a sub-user of the main account. I log into the main account and the "Add Collaborators" option is there, please see my screenshot below:
Please contact the owner of that form and tell them to share the collaborators link to you. -

Yes, only the main account or the form owner can add form collaborators.
