    Hi,

     

    I have paid my upgrade service fee however I still have recieved an email saying that I have reached my quota and my forms have been disabled.  Can you please look into this for me?

    I see that your account is not yet upgraded and its in OVERLIMIT status. Can you please let us know the payment details so that we can investigate further.
