Complaint: Branding on our form

Hi,

We pay for the Silver tier plan. We recently noticed some branding/advertisement on our Thank You page. This is extremely disappointing and annoying. Can you please advise why this is the case and confirm this won't happen on future plans. If not, we will have to consider our options.

All good. I found the untick box buried in the settings. Suggestion: this should auto-untick when ppl upgrade. Thanks!
