    Google Spreadsheet Integration - Not updating with every submission

    Asked by DMSAPAC on April 22, 2013 at 01:14 AM

    Hi Jotform team,

    The google intergration worked before with submissions, but I don't know since when it is not working anymore. New submissions do not update instantly in google spreadsheet.

    URL of the form is :http://www.jotform.me/DMSAPAC/dutyfree

    Another issue, is there a platform storing all my questions raised and answers? It is difficult to search back my questions in the Forum.

    Thanks

    @DMSAPAC

    Request you to grant the public access to your google spreadsheet so that we can test your form. Have you tried removing your existing integration and creating it again? A lot of time that helps.

    Please let us know once you change your google spreadsheet access and we will investigate your issue.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    What do you mean by granting you the public access?

    I already tried to disintergrate the spreadsheet and reintergrated again, but it still doesn't update the new submission.

    Thanks!

    @DMSAPAC

    That's probably due to different languages on the form labels. Unfortunately we have similar issues about that and it has been reported to our development team. Sorry though but we do not have updates about it yet. We will inform you here once there's any updates on this issue.

    While waiting for updates about this, I'm sure this may take a while before it can be sorted, my suggestion would be to use HTML Table Listing Report or Grid Listing Report. These works similarly to Google Spreadsheets.

    Guides:

    Create an HTML Table Listing Report

    Grid Listing

    Thank you!
