    Can't add 2nd notifier

    I've gone through all the steps, 3 times now, with no success.  Here's what I do:

    Open form in edit mode

    Click on Setup & Embed

    Click on Email Alerts

    Click on Add New Email

    Click on Notification Email

    Enter new email address in Recipient Email

    Click on Next

    Click on Test Email

    The test email is sent ONLY to the the original person, not the 2nd/new email addy just entered.

    Am I missing something?

    @woodswalk

    "Test Email" button sends email to your account email address and not to the Recipient email of your notification. Thats how its designed to test the email content.

    You can quickly click on the preview button of your form and submit the data to test the newly added notification,

    That makes sense. Unfortunately, now when I do a test by completing all the
    required fields and clicking Submit, whether that's from Preview or the
    actual URL, neither address (primary or 2nd notification) is getting
    notified of the submission.

    YIKES!

    I checked your form and see that your notification configuration is setup correctly. I further checked our email server log and see that emails are getting delivered to your email.

    Here is the email server log:

    Can you please check your SPAM folder and i believe the emails should be there. Let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.

    This is odd.

    When I did a test of the form on 4/17 it worked well - my primary address
    (director@pfeiffernaturecenter.org) I got a notification email from
    noreply@jotform.com. (I had not yet added naturalist@.... as a 2nd
    notifier.)
    Now, as you suggest, I looked at the junk mail for both
    director@pfeiffernaturecenter.org or naturalist@pfeiffernaturecenter.org and
    did not find messages in either. So I went to my whitelist and added both
    noreply@jotform.com and *@jotform.com to my whitelist. I then did another
    test registration, and again, neither director@... nor naturalist@...
    received notification. Again, messages not in junk mail, either.

    I AM getting the email notifications from another one of my forms - Woods
    Walk & Trail Run.

    Where do we go from here?

    Ok, 1 notification just came through to naturalist@... I should have used
    numbers in my tests to know which email just made it. Since I've done 3
    this morning I don't really remember which 1 this was.

    Still no notifications have come to director@...

    I checked your from and see that you have configured two notification with following ids.

    info@triberedarts.com

    morrislanders@juno.com

    I checked the email server log and see that emails are going to your email id morrislanders@juno.com while the the email failed for "info@triberedarts.com"

    Request you to configure the "Sender Name" in your Notification (first) and do a test submission. Let us know if you continue to have this issue.

    I think you must have checked someone else's forms. Neither of those email
    addresses are familiar to me and they have nothing to do with our
    organization or our forms. I am again copying & pasting our form number
    below:

    director@....also receive one?

    director@.. will not receive the notification alert as this email id is not configured to receive them. If you need this email id also to receive notification alert, you can add that in your Recipient Email seperating with "," and space. 

    Eg. : naturalist@pfeiffernaturecenter.org, director@pfeiffernaturecenter.org

    Alernatively, you can just add another notification alert for this email id.
