revert to previous days form

Is there a way to revert our current form to what we had yesterday? I was selecting and deleting (or attempting to) fields near the bottom of the form and it wouldn't delete, but appears to have been deleting some fields near the top of the form. I have no idea how this happened or what was deleted. The multi page form is now broken.

disregard. I was able to figure it out. I am not sure why when I deleted the "back" button on the very last empty page it kept deleting the "Back" and "next" fields at the top of the form. 

Well, form is fixed now. 

Good to know the issue has been resolved.

Do note that the next and back button are part of your page breaks and the last back button is part of the 1st page break.
